TERMS OF USE

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the sale of services offered by IFEMENDO INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD., a Singaporean company registered under number UEN 202518086D, whose registered office is located at 9 Raffles Place, #06-01, Republic Plaza, Singapore 048619, via the website https://academy.ifemendo.com (hereinafter “the Website”).

Any order implies the user's full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products and services offered

The Site offers three types of paid services:

a) Online course modules

Price: €350 per module
Access: available for a period of 30 days from confirmation of payment
Use: strictly personal and non-transferable

b) Access to live surgeries

Price: €15 per live session
Services included: live broadcast of the surgical procedure + Q&A session with the speakers
Access: limited to the date and time of the event

c) Subscription to surgery videos

Price: €35 per month (recurring monthly payment)
Access: to recorded surgical videos made available on the Site
Renewal: automatic each month, unless canceled by the user before the expiration date

3. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively online via the Site.

All orders are final only after payment confirmation.

The user receives a confirmation email detailing their order.

4. Prices and payment terms

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes.

Payment is made online by credit card or any other secure means offered on the Website.

Access to content is subject to effective payment validation.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code (EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

digital content provided immediately after order confirmation
services linked to a specific date (e.g., live surgeries)

Consequently:

Course modules: immediate access after payment, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal
Live surgeries: no refund possible once the order has been confirmed
Video subscriptions: cancellation possible at any time, but the subscription remains active until the end of the current monthly period, no pro-rata refund

6. Duration and termination

Course modules: access for 30 days from payment
Live surgeries: access limited to the day and time of the event
Video subscriptions: indefinite duration with tacit monthly renewal
Cancellation: possible at any time by the user via their personal account

7. User obligations

The user agrees to:

use the Site's services for strictly personal use
not record, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written authorization
provide accurate information when registering

8. Intellectual property

All content made available on the Site (courses, videos, teaching materials, live content, images, texts, logos, etc.) remains the exclusive property of IFEMENDO INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.

Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability

IFEMENDO INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. cannot be held liable in the event of:

technical malfunctions beyond its control
temporary interruption of services
inappropriate use of content by the user

10. Personal data

The data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site, in compliance with the PDPA (Singapore) and the GDPR (EU).

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Singapore law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions applicable to European consumers.
